Not so long ago we published an article here on News Daily where Penny Penny the Disco King announced that he is King Monada’s father.
In the article Penny Penny was quoted saying: ““He’s my son and I’m very proud of him, i don’t get to talk to Khutso Steven which is Monada’s real name but i talk to his mother all the time because i first have to arrange with her that i can meet my son.”
Full Story: Ska bhora moreki hit maker King Monada is my son – Says Papa Penny Penny the Disco King
We have reason to believe that the article reached King Monada and as soon as he heard the news that Penny Penny is his father he immediately went into the studio to cook up a hit song dedicated to Penny Penny. The song is composed in the Khelobedu language just like all of Monada’s hits.
In the hit single, the first thing King Monada says is “ke nyaka bopape, ke nyaka bopape, nna ake ba tsebe,” which is translated: “i want my father, i want my father, i don’t know him.” To listen to the song press play below:
In the hit single King Monada further explains that he never knew his father, when he asked his mother about his father all she said was that he left. King monada further adds that he has heard from community members that his father was a rich man. And ofcourse back in the 90’s Penny Penny was arguably a rich and famous man with Gold chains allover his neck and gold rings on each an every finger, sometimes more than one ring on each finger. And in tzaneen he was the only man known to have had a personal relationship with the famous Peta Teanet who was also a musician who has unfortunately passed away God rest his soul.
Monada is also heard in the song pleading to his father asking his to come back so that they can spend what’s left of his money since he was a rich man. Monada is also heard pleading to his fans saying: “nnyakiseng, aba paleli,” which is translated please help me find my father, you can’t miss him or rather there is no way you can’t notice him or know him.
We hope Penny Penny will hear the song and respond to his son’s plea and come back so that they can spend his money. Good luck King!! And readers please share, Monada needs this song to reach his father.
