“Knysna is not my concern”, Jacob Zuma’s shocking statement

President Jacob Zuma made a very shocking and racist statement about Knysna.

In his own words the president said what is happening in Knysna is not enough to get presidential attention. “I cannot alter any budget or have extra resources wasted on people who obviously voted for the DA”

“Let the Western Cape and the DA deal with it on their own. We have serious issues happening around the country that need my attention”. Zuma told this to a journalist who asked him what is he planning to do to help people affected by the Knysna fire.

07 June 2017 Plettenberg Bay. A massive fire broke out at the Kranshoek Viewpoint area just outside the coastal holiday town early on Wednesday morning. It quickly spread due to strong wind and burnt along the coast and cut inland by midday towards Cairnbrogie and the Kranshoek community. This is just one several fires which raged between Plettenberg Bay and Mossel Bay yesterday.
